How to Make Chai

Bring 8oz of water to a boil

Add one teaspoon of loose tea. Add freshly ground or premixed chai spices (masala) along with the tea if you're looking to make masala chai and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.

Add milk and sugar to taste if desired. We like to add 1/4th cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes and bring to boil.

Strain tea leaves and pour into a cup.

Relax and enjoy!

Best Assam, great price!

I'm so glad I found Tea India, this ctc Assam is simply the best I've had by far (and I've tried many different brands) it has a nice strong flavor. I drink a pot of hot tea each day and getting a pounds worth of quality tea for this price is wonderful for me. I will be a returning customer. Also, it makes good iced tea!
