This tea diffuser for loose tea is designed with a large capacity to allow your tea leaves to fully steep and fits across most mugs and select tea pots.
Bring 8oz of water to a boil
Add one teaspoon of loose tea. Add freshly ground or premixed chai spices (masala) along with the tea if you're looking to make masala chai and let it brew for 2-3 minutes.
Add milk and sugar to taste if desired. We like to add 1/4th cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes and bring to boil.
Strain tea leaves and pour into a cup.
