Snickerdoodles and chai spice go so well together, they might as well be combined! It's the perfect sweet treat to share with loved ones this holiday season.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 tsps. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsps. vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsps. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and allspice. Remove 1/2 cup of sugar mixture to shallow bowl and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and remaining sugar mixture until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- Shape into 2-inch balls and roll in reserved sugar mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
- Cool and enjoy with a cup of chai!
